AROMA THERAPY MASSAGE

It therapy but with essential oils, added to the massage oil. It is particularly suited to conditions involving stress or improving emotionally-related conditions such like insomnia, headache, digestive disorders, premenstrual syndrome, and back pain.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Stones are placed into a purpose-built Stone Heater which is filled with water. Once the stones have heated sufficiently, some are placed onto specific points on the body such as the back, hands, etc. and others are held by the massage therapist and used to work the muscles.

RELAXING MASSAGE

Relaxation massage is essentially the same as a gentle Swedish massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes. The primary purpose will be to help you relax, and the massage therapist will probably move at a slower pace and use light pressure.
